I used to deal with a guy like this at NYTIMES Abuzz, from 2001 to 2004.
Just simply, impossible.
So, I learned to "let it wash" over me. You know, he can just rant and rave til the cows come home, and I really don't need to worry too much about it.
The guy at Abuzz was "bruced," and he was a friend or doppelganger-type for GHWBush the Senior, who used to like to hang out there and spout his ego-news. He later moved on to Crows briefly in 2005, until Mak ran him off.
They were a pair, on-line. I have never run into anybody quite so toxic since.

Hey, don't let your feelings get hurt.
Just because you have crazy beliefs about the government based off of a video from a nutjob whose main sources are 'secret' books and that the majority of normal intelligent people would go out of their way to prove you wrong, as I have done, doesn't mean you should let it get to you. You should keep rushing blindly forward and go get those Nazis running the country.
