Shouldn´t the world community reconsider, to give cash to the United States?

A country that invests hundreds of billions into illegal wars, throws billions away to racist middle eastern countries and finances with other billions countless other military bases around the globe should not be assisted with cash.

There is another list of useful goodies for whom ever wants to help, from cloth, food products to refrigerators or even cars. This would hit two flies in one sweep:

First, help the needy and second, boost the export of the donating countries. The cash would be used by the donating countries to compensate the manufacturers for the donated goods. - A win win situation.

Money seldom reaches the target and fills mostly the pockets of greedy sharks who lurks in the shadow for a quick snatch.

Don´t give money to the one who may buy with it the rope to hang you.

Actually, many have stepped up to the plate and tried to help but Bush and FEMA have been saying no. Go figure.
